The color of this rosé, pressed using the classic method, is a brilliant dusky pink. In the nose it enchants with lively aromas of hawthorn and nuances of currants and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is dry, elegant with a mild, long finish and a hint of sweet almonds with a pleasant acidity.
