Casa de la Ermita Roble Jumilla D.O.P
The Monastrell grape, typical of the region, is always a reliable source of concentrated fruit. The small proportion of the lesser-known Petit Verdot variety contributes tannins, providing a good structure and longevity. The wine matures for at least three months in barriques. The nose is intensely aromatic with ripe red fruits, cocoa, and a hint of balsamic vinegar. On the palate, it offers robust fruit, a touch of licorice, and spices. Overall, it is very well-balanced with a long finish.| Price |
