Moscato Giallo from Cantina di Bolzano is a wine that comes from one of the longest-lasting aromatic vines in South Tyrol, grown in selected vineyards located on the warm and sunny slopes of Renon, in the province of Bolzano. Pure wine, produced by a soft pressing of the Moscato Giallo grapes, it is obtained starting from a temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. It dresses the glass in a beautiful pale straw yellow with greenish hues. On the nose it reveals an evident aromaticity which is expressed in notes of nutmeg, apricot and citrus. On the palate it is fresh, light and elegant, with a pleasant mineral aftertaste. Wonderful aperitif, it is the ideal companion for fish dishes and recipes that use aromatic herbs.
