The basaltic-eruptive soil with limestone outcrops ensures great minerality and longevity. The blend consists of Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon, varieties that impart structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity.This wine is the result of a careful selection of different vintages, each vinified separately. After alcoholic fermentation, the vintages rest for 3-4 months on the lees, followed by maturation in first-use barriques and tonneaux for about eight months. Subsequently, the wine is refined in steel before being blended into the final assemblage, ensuring a harmonious balance and great aging potential.On the nose, floral and citrus notes emerge, accompanied by hints of chamomile, almonds, and tropical fruits, with a delicate touch of white pepper. The palate is fresh and structured, characterized by intense minerality and a long, enveloping finish that perfectly reflects the richness of the terroir of origin.This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses, enhancing their finesse with its elegance and aromatic complexity.
