Tom Bre Organic Pinot Grigio is a white wine originating from the Veneto region, characterized by a temperate climate influenced by the sea and protected by the Alpine barrier—ideal conditions for balanced grape ripening. Made from Pinot Grigio grown according to the principles of organic farming, it expresses the authenticity of one of the most representative appellations of Northern Italy, telling with every sip the tradition and wine-growing vocation of this region.The grapes undergo gentle pressing and the must ferments at a controlled temperature for about 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the aromatic purity. Subsequently, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling, keeping its freshness and elegance intact.On the eye, it presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a delicate and complex bouquet, with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and green apple, accompanied by light floral nuances.
