Bonpas Réserve de Bonpas Côtes du Rhône AOC Blanc 0,75 ℓ

Bonpas Réserve de Bonpas Côtes du Rhône AOC Blanc 0,75 ℓThe Réserve de Bonpas Blanc from Bonpas estate is a white wine made from Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, and Clairette grapes grown on clayey and stony soils exposed to the rising sun in the southern Côtes-du-Rhône. The estate's name derives from Bon passage, referring to the safe crossing of the Durance River that once connected Rome to Avignon. The winemaking involves co-fermentation of the different varieties, with direct pressing to preserve the fruit's purity. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature, between 14°C and 15°C, with constant thermal control. The wine ages on fine lees for six months, developing volume and aromatic complexity. It presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is generous, with notes of apricot and peach. On the palate, it is fresh and soft, with aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers; the finish reveals elegant toasted hazelnut notes.Ideal with grilled freshwater fish, creamy pasta, mixed salads, cold buffets, or enjoyed on its own.
