The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut Millesimato Grande Cuvée del Fondatore Motus Vitae by Bortolomiol originates from vineyards located on the gentle hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, in Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is dedicated to Giuliano Bortolomiol, his sparkling wine making skills, and his historical importance for the Prosecco Superiore designation.It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the second half of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the fermentation takes place in a steel autoclave, using the Martinotti method, for 10 months, with aging for 3 months on its own lees.The Rive Grande Cuvée del Fondatore Motus Vitae by Bortolomiol is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with subtle and refined aromas of white flowers, enriched with fragrant notes of ripe apricot and tropical fruit.
