Erste Neue Müller Thurgau Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Muller Thurgau was born in the hilly vineyards of Erste + Neue, a very interesting and excellent reality in the South Tyrolean wine scene. Made entirely from Muller Thurgau grapes, harvested and selected manually, the wine ferments in steel at a controlled temperature, then refining on the fine lees and in the bottle. Erste + Neue's Muller Thurgau has a straw yellow color with vivid greenish hues. The nose brings delicate aromas typical of the grape. In the mouth it is of excellent freshness, with delicate sour and very pleasant sensations. To be consumed in the first years of life, it goes perfectly with dishes based on fish and shellfish. Excellent as an aperitif companion.
