2022 Antiogu Mandrolisai Superiore DOCMandrolisai Superiore DOC besteht immer aus den Rebsorten Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), Cannonau und Monica - so auch der Antiogu. Die Trauben werden in der ersten Oktoberhälfte geerntet und, nach einer Maischestandzeit von 10 Tagen, gemeinsam vinifiziert. Er reift 12 Monate in Stahlfässern, 12 Monate in 500-Liter-Tonneaux-Fässern und weitere 4 Monate auf der Flasche. So entsteht ein voller, würzig-aromatischer Wein mit Länge und Opulenz.
