Only a few grape varieties thrive in Chile's extreme climatic conditions with intense sunlight and temperature fluctuations. However, the late-ripening Carménère masters these challenges and impresses in the glass with its deep red, shimmering violet color after twelve months of aging in French oak. This powerful wine impresses with notes of black fruits, accompanied by nuances of white pepper and herbal and spicy aromas. The palate presents lively tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish.
