Die Rebsorte Susumaniello ist eine absolute Rarität im weltweiten Weinbau. Der Epicuro Susumaniello wurde klassisch auf der Maische vergoren und anschließend im Edelstahltank und Holzfass ausgebaut. Der Wein zeigt eine opulente Nase mit Aromen von Blaubeeren, Pflaumen, Kirschen, Tabak, Kakao, Pfeffer, Thymian, Oregano, Rosen und Veilchen.
