Die Weißweincuvée Tabula Rasa wurde aus Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Carignan und Macabeu erzeug und im Eichenfass ausgebaut. Der Wein zeigt eine sehr schöne Nase mit Aromen von Apfel, Birne, gebackene Zitronen, Brioche, Zitronenmelise, etwas Thymian, Feuerstein, Honigmelone, geröstete Mandeln und Akazienblüten.
