Ochetti is a Nebbiolo made with grapes harvested from some plots owned by the Renato Ratti winery located in one of the most suitable wine-growing areas of the Roero. The vinification is traditional in red, with fermentation at a constant temperature of 30 ° C and maceration for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages for about 12 months in oak barrels. Ruby red color. It opens to the nose with fine and delicate aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it is full and velvety, pleasantly bitter. It is excellent in combination with grilled red meats and game.
