Intipalka's Reserva Malbec Merlot is a red wine from the Queirolo vineyards, located in the Ica Valley, Peru. This wine is a blend of Malbec and Merlot, two varieties that complement each other to create an elegant and harmonious profile. After vinification, the wine is aged for a period in oak barrels, which give toasted and spicy notes, without overpowering the primary flavors of the fruit. This maturation process helps to develop greater complexity and aromatic depth, maintaining a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
