The Saurus Malbec was born in the city of San Patricio del Chañar, in the heart of Patagonia, at the foot of the Andes mountain range. It is the result of a harvest carried out entirely by hand and a careful selection of the grapes for vinification. 40% matures in oak barrels for 6 months. The color of the wine is an intense purple red. The nose vibrates complex aromas of red fruit well intertwined with a delicious spicy texture. The palate, fresh and fruity, blends perfectly with the sensations of vanilla and caramel derived from the passage in oak containers. Wine to be savored with taste in combination with roast beef and grilled pork ribs, it is excellent with roast chicken with paprika.
