Zanotelli For4neri Trento DOC Extra Brut Rosé 0,75 ℓ

The Trento Rosé Extra Brut of the For4neri line by Zanotelli is born in Val di Cembra, from a family-run farm that has been based in Cembra Lisignago, in the province of Trento since 1860. The grapes come from the vineyards of Pozza de Cros, Vac, and Piagge.It is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are softly pressed and then slowly fermented at 15-17°C. The refinement in the bottle on the lees lasts at least 30 months.The wine has an antique pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses elegant aromas of currant and wild strawberry. The sip is fresh, intense, and with good persistence.Excellent for aperitif, it pairs particularly well with fish-based dishes and white meats.
