Belisario Passerina Marche IGT 0,75 ℓ

Marche Passerina by Belisario originates from vineyards located on the Marche hills of Offida, in the province of Ascoli Piceno.It is obtained from pure Passerina grapes, softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C for 20 days. The wine ages in the same containers for 5 months and for a month in bottle before being placed on the market.It has a deep and bright straw yellow colour. The nose releases pleasant fruity aromas accompanied by hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is particularly fresh and acidic, characterized by a good balance.Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with first courses, fish and white meats.
