Le Ballerine is a red wine from Tenuta di Vaira produced in the Bolgheri area of Tuscany, from a blend combining Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, grown on sandy-clay soils with a south-east exposure.Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel; the wine then matures for 8 months in steel and is further refined for 4 months in the bottle before release.With an intense ruby red color, it presents on the palate with fruity notes of red fruit, freshness, and a pleasant balance, offering a youthful yet already well-harmonized sip.Ideal paired with Tuscan cold cuts, pasta dishes with ragù, and grilled white meats.
