Only first-class harvested grapes were used for this exceptionally powerful varietal wine from Gaja. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. After it is complete, the Barbaresco 1.5 l Magnum can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
