She is said to have once saved the entire village of Bissersheim from a wild dragon. The community thanks this heroic deed to this day in the Bissersheimer Ortswappen. This white wine from the Palatinate is an uncomplicated, fruity-fresh and summery white wine cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner and some Muscat.
