Clear and finely juicy, firm body with a slim structure and a hint of melting, very expressive appearance with intense herbal notes, some spice, ripe pome fruit, some peach, rock minerality and a hint of flint, lively and refreshing, quite racy, light astringency, high minerality on the palate with rock, flint and herbs, light pressure, seems quite dry, deep and complex, salty minerality with fine pressure and rock in the finish.
