Giori's Deer Premium Citrus Dry Gin is produced in Trentino by this distillery founded in 1946 by Ferruccio Giori. The distillery offers various types of grappa, but also other distillates such as vodka and gin, as well as liqueurs. It is produced with the distillation of wheat and barley using discontinuous method copper stills by cutting off the heads and tails. It has a soft pink colour. The botanicals used that make up the aromatic bouquet of this gin are juniper berries, bergamot, pink grapefruit, blood orange, lemon and chilli pepper. The sip is fruity, with slight spicy notes. This gin is enjoyed with ice or can be used in the preparation of cocktails.
