The French sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs Brut by Kriter comes from grapes from vineyards located in Burgundy. It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. After the classic processes of white vinification and 9 months of aging in wood, the second fermentation of the wine takes place in steel tanks according to the Charmat method. The wine is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with lively aromas of yellow fruit and citrus fruits, enriched by light notes of dried fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Excellent as an aperitif and mixed for cocktails, it is ideal in combination with appetizers and fish.
