400 Conejos Mezcal Artesanal DOP Espadín Joven Oaxaca 0,7 ℓ

The 400 Conejos Joven is a Mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico and based on fine Espadin agave juice. The selection of the best agave leaves is made when the plants have reached full maturity between 8 and 10 years. After cooking, distillation follows. Transparent in color, it presents great softness on the palate, with extreme balance between the alcoholic and aromatic parts. On the palate it releases smoky hints that go well with the sweet and warm flavors of pineapple and tropical fruits. Perfect to serve neat or as an ingredient in refined cocktails.
