Pinot Grigio Selection - Bosco del Merlo

This fine grape variety owes its name to the fact that the grapes take on a copper color upon ripening, which lies between the so-called white and black grapes. The Pinot Grigio DOC is created by selecting the finest grapes from our own vineyards.Straw-yellow in the glass, it offers intense and elegant notes of acacia and pear blossoms. The palate is dry and pleasantly fresh with a beautiful, elegant acidity.It pairs well with all fish dishes: shellfish, baked, fried, or grilled fish, seafood appetizers, fish soups, and fish risottos.
