The GRANTSCHEN GROSSES HOLZ Cuvée du Patron dry is a composition by our cellar master, in which renowned red grape varieties play their part beautifully: Lemberger, Acolon, Merlot, and Syrah. This wine possesses a unique, absolutely inimitable personality with a rich flavor, wonderfully integrated tannins, and a polished brilliance of red fruit. Here, one experiences pure sensuality, inviting the taste buds to immerse themselves. The grapes for the GRANTSCHEN GROSSES HOLZ series are uncompromisingly high-quality, fully ripe, and healthy, and are traditionally fermented on the skins. This series includes the quality wines Lemberger dry, Cuvée du Patron dry, Riesling dry, and Merlot dry. The careful aging process in the cellar, followed by up to nine months of maturation in large oak barrels, lends these wines their distinctive, passionate character and delicate beauty.
