Roberto Voerzio's Dolcetto d'Alba Priavino is made exclusively from Dolcetto grapes from different plots located around the municipality of La Morra. The careful harvesting operations carried out in mid-September are the prelude to a vinification in steel with final ageing of 10 months. It is presented in the glass with a ruby red colour. In the olfactory picture, cherry, ripe plum and wild berries make their appearance. On the palate it is concentrated, fleshy, with strong and rampant tannins but well integrated into the gustatory texture. Ideal with first courses with meat sauce and roasts, it enhances stewed meats.
