Spumante Extra Dry ICY by Villa Loren is a white sparkling wine from Veneto, produced with selected Italian white grapes. The Venetian origin and the production method give this sparkling wine a fresh and lively character. The vinification involves a white process with a reductive technique, where fermentation occurs on clean must at a controlled temperature of 19-21°C with selected yeasts. The secondary fermentation occurs in an autoclave according to the short Charmat method, which enhances the freshness and typical fragrance of this sparkling wine, preserving the delicate fruity notes. It has a bright straw yellow color and a fine foam. The aromatic bouquet is pleasantly fruity, with hints of fresh and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is soft and creamy, with a pleasant sensation of freshness and lightness that invites the next sip. Perfect as an aperitif and ideal to accompany refined lunches, especially fish-based ones, it is also well suited as a wine to finish a meal.
