Cantine Fina Taif Terre Siciliane IGP Zibibbo 0,75 ℓ

The Terre Siciliane Zibibbo Taif of Cantine Fina was born in the vineyards located in the magical western Sicily. It is produced from 100% Zibibbo grapes, all harvested and selected manually at the end of August. After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and subsequently for about 3 months in the bottle. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a refined and aromatic bouquet, enriched by pleasant summer notes of fresh flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, harmonious and fresh. It is perfect to combine with aged cheeses, it is excellent to serve with shellfish and fresh fish cooked on the grill or in the oven.
