Banfi Centine Toscana Rosso IGT 0,75 ℓ

Centine Rosso is the result of a selection of red berried grapes expertly blended to create an authentic and expressive wine. After the phases of harvesting and selection of the varieties, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature between 25 ° and 30 ° in steel vats. To give more roundness to the blend, the wine undergoes a short period of aging in 350 liter French oak barrels. Of an intense ruby red to the eye, it immediately offers a range of aromas of wild berries in jam such as blackberry and cherry, before releasing pleasant notes of tobacco and licorice. The spiciness announces on the palate an intense and warm wine, of great balance and with balanced tannins that accompany a medium-long finish. Perfect for grilled red meats, it also supports baked pork dishes and tasty first courses thanks to the right acidity.
