Mionetto Avantgarde Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Mionetto's Avantgarde line knows how to combine centuries-old elements of tradition and quality with an innovative image with labels that are inspired by contemporary artistic movements. This bubble represents its highest point, with selected grapes from the Prosecco DOCG area. The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry of the Avantgarde line is obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes followed by a white vinification. The second fermentation takes place through a second fermentation in a pressurized tank according the Charmat method. It shows itself in the glass of a pale straw yellow, with a minute and persistent perlage. The range of aromas and flavours is a faithful expression of the production area, with unmistakable hints of unripe apple, acacia flowers and wisteria. It is ideal both as an aperitif and in combination with steamed crustaceans. It can also accompany moderately sweet pastries.
