For this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Maison Jean Loron, only the best harvest material was used. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Burgundy. The vines dig their roots deep into soils made of limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes are promptly brought to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After it ends, the Rouge Macon can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
