The red wine Dornfelder Lieblich is an expressive wine with a deep color expression. It has full fruit flavors with a powerful, berry palate. The fruity finish is reminiscent of aromas of blackberries, cherries and black currants. The Dornfelder was born in Lauffen from a cross between Helfensteiner and Heroldrebe and is one of the most intensely colored red wines in Germany. With a weighty residual sweetness, this Dornfelder has a lovely southern Mediterranean look.
