Riesling Deidesheimer Ortswein Andres

The grapes for this Deidesheim local wine come mostly from the Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker and Leinhöhle locations. There are red sandstone and marl soils here, which give the wine an elegant length and a noticeable pressure. 50% of the aging takes place in large wooden barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. Fine bouquet of lime and peach, alongside yellow apple aromas. Very powerful on the palate with a nice spiciness, paired with precise structure and elegant finesse. The finely balanced fruit sweetness ensures plenty of drinking flow and a long finish.
