The parceled harvest of the different clones allows for the harmonious complexity of this product. The first harvest imparts freshness and minerality to the wine, the second seeks structure and body, while the third harvest brings warmer, sunnier notes.The three parts are vinified separately, with the must fermenting very slowly at low temperatures. The wine then rests for five months in steel tanks on a bed of fine lees to fully express the varietal characteristics and impart structure and elegance to the wine.Straw-yellow in color with greenish reflections, a typical aroma with notes of cantaloupe, passion fruit, tomato leaf, grapefruit, and rose. A dry, decisive flavor with remarkable persistence. This wine is characterized by the finesse and extreme elegance of its notes.
