The first nose of the Palatinate Pinot Noir shows aromas of plums, blackberries and black cherries. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by even more fruity-balsamic nuances. This red wine is ideal for all wine drinkers who like it dry. It is never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. This silky and fleshy red wine presents itself balanced and complex on the palate. The moderate fruit acidity flatters the wine with a pleasant mouthfeel, without lacking in freshness. The finish finally delights with good length. There are again hints of blackcurrant and blackberry in the aftertaste.
