H. Lun Sandbichler Pinot Nero Südtirol - Alto Adige Riserva DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Alto Adige Pinot Nero Riserva of the Sandbichler line by H. Lun is born in vineyards located in the Bolzano municipalities of Montagna and Mazzon, on the sunny eastern slopes of the Bassa Atesina. It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in traditional wooden barrels and partly in French oak barrels, before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly full and fruity, with good persistence. Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauces, mushrooms and game, it is ideal as a meditation wine.
