The Rosso Brusco dei Barbi Tuscany of the Fattoria dei Barbi was born in vineyards located between the rolling hills of Montalcino and Scansano, in the heart of Tuscany. It is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes, and with other complementary red vines. After pressing, the grapes undergo a blast chilling at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. This cooling process of the grape skin gives the wine a greater extraction of the anthocyanin content. It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry, enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly fruity and balanced. Perfect to accompany white meats, dishes with meat sauce and pizza, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and cured meats and aged cheeses.
