Cascina Corte Cecilia Vino Bianco 0,75 ℓ

The white wine Cecilia by Cascina Corte is made from Nascetta grapes grown on calcareous and blue tuff soils. The vines, about 8 years old, are trained Guyot style and harvested by hand in September.Natural fermentation takes place in terracotta amphorae without the addition of yeasts, with manual punch-downs. The wine is then aged for 11 months in amphora and a further 2 months in bottle, without filtration or fining, thus preserving the varietal’s expressive purity.In the glass, it shows a white color with straw-yellow highlights. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas accompanied by hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is direct and characterful, with very delicate tannins that provide sweetness and roundness. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a sense of fullness and harmony.It pairs perfectly with white meats, fish-based dishes, and cheeses, enhancing the delicacy and complexity of the flavors.
