Their presence adds depth and personality to the final blend.The Krug Grande Cuvée 173rd edition has an intense golden yellow color. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose, it releases aromas of toasted bread, brioche, stone fruits, verbena, vanilla pastry cream, and a hint of rum baba; on the palate, it is rich, creamy, and generous, with notes of peaches in syrup, ripe citrus, toasted pine nuts, and a brilliant freshness that culminates in a crisp lemon finish.This Champagne lends itself to a multitude of culinary pairings, from the simplest to the most refined.
