Obtained exclusively from Malbech grapes, harvested and selected manually, this wine ages for 12 months in barrique and for another 6 months in cask, before being bottled and further refinement in bottle for 6 months, acquiring extraordinary harmony. The Malbech Gli Aceri di Paladin has a ruby red color, with noble garnet reflections. The nose offers a clean and intense aroma, with fruity notes well accompanied by fine tabaceous and spicy sensations. On the palate it shows a great harmony and an elegant and sophisticated body It accompanies incomparably roasted turbot and dishes based on red meat, noble poultry and game.
