Tenuta Mara's Guiry red wine is born in vineyards located in the province of Rimini, in San Clemente. It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, which are vinified in concrete tanks, with spontaneous fermentation and a maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine then ages on the fine lees for 12 months in concrete. It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with a bouquet of rose, raspberry, blackberry, black cherry and spicy notes of ginger and star anise. The sip is fresh and with a mentholated finish. Perfect to accompany mushroom risotto, stuffed pasta and tasty fish such as tuna or mackerel.
