The Rosato Belguardo originates from the vineyards of the namesake estate, owned by the Mazzei family since the 1990s. Located on the hills between Grosseto and Montiano, in the Maremma Toscana area, Tenuta Belguardo benefits from an optimal climate that favors the production of excellent quality wines.Made with Sangiovese and Syrah grapes, this rosé wine is produced from grapes harvested in mid-September. After fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C, half of the must is left to macerate for up to 12 hours.Characterized by a pale pink color, it offers scents reminiscent of fresh flowers. On the palate, it is smooth and has a pleasant finish.It is ideal to serve with appetizers, and is also excellent with first courses with red sauces and with pizza. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes and steamed vegetables.
