Lo Zoccolaio Baccanera Langhe DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Langhe DOC Baccanera Lo Zoccolaio is an interesting blend of hand-selected Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape is vinified separately and only after the blending of the different wines is it aged in barrique for 18 months, before bottling. The intense ruby red color anticipates fruity aromas of plum and berries, notes of hay and spice, and a fresh taste with a pleasant non-invasive tannic note, with a long and satisfying finish. A Langhe Doc of great thickness, ideal for making a good impression with complex combinations, grilled and stewed red meats or game.
