The Prima Luce produced by the Ottella company is a white wine made from a blend of Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana), Garganega, and Sauvignon. The grapes come from vineyards located in San Benedetto di Lugana, in the heart of the most suitable area south of Lake Garda, owned by the winery itself.The winemaking process involves gentle whole-cluster pressing, followed by clearing through natural sedimentation and a slow fermentation at low temperature. The wine matures for at least 18 months in the cellar and then rests for 6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.It presents a deep yellow color with golden highlights. The intense aromatic profile is dominated by warm notes of dried apricot and honey. On the palate, it is creamy and enveloping, with balanced sweetness and pleasant hints of apricot, offering a smooth and well-balanced tasting experience.Perfectly paired with blue cheeses or small dry pastries.
