Lo Zoccolaio Nubiè Langhe DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Langhe Nebbiolo Nubiè Lo Zoccolaio was born in vineyards located near Alba. It is made up of pure Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and pressed. The must is vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks with a 15-day maceration. The aging takes place in large oak barrels for 9 months. Ruby red in color with garnet shades, it expresses itself on the nose with aromas of red fruit and spices. The sip is soft, round and with delicate tannins. It goes well with game and mature cheeses.
