The Côtes-du-Rhône Hérédita by Cellier de Princes is a blend of Grenache and Syrah that represents the expression of the tradition and terroir of Bédarrides. The vineyards grow on clayey subsoil with rounded pebbles, an environment that helps express the organoleptic characteristics of this wine. Fermentation takes place with maceration for 4 weeks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels, enriching itself with complexity and aromatic nuances. At sight it presents a fascinating ruby red color. On the nose there are notes of fresh red fruits and liquorice. In the mouth, the velvety texture of soft tannins combines with a spicy finish. It is ideal in combination with Mediterranean dishes, from grilled meat to stew and cheese.
