Hunawihr Grand Cru Rosacker Alsace AOC Riesling 0,75 ℓ

Hunawihr's Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker was born in vineyards located in the Upper Rhine area, in Alsace. It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for at least 6 months. Subsequently the wine ages on the fine lees for at least a year before being bottled. This Riesling has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose opens with notes of pear and citrus fruits, enriched by mineral notes typical of the grape variety. On the palate it is dry and broad, with an elegant and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany seafood cuisine and sushi.
