Valentini's Trento Brut is a pure expression of Chardonnay grapes, selected from the high hills of Vallagarina, in particular from the Volano area. The vinification consists of a white fermentation at a controlled temperature, after which the base wine is enriched with selected yeasts and left to referment in the bottle according to the Classic Method. It then matures for over 24 months on its own yeasts. It has an elegant straw yellow color, embellished with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses a rich and complex bouquet, where the fruity and floral notes intertwine harmoniously with delicate sensations of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth, it reveals a lively and harmonious structure, characterized by a perfect balance between freshness, fullness and roundness. Thanks to its versatility it proves to be an ideal companion for the entire meal, showing particular affinity with fish and shellfish appetizers.
