Mia Pecora is Green is one of the bag in boxes named Zaccagnini as a tribute to the land of Abruzzo, rich in ancient traditions and historically linked to sheep farming, the source of typical regional products appreciated all over the world. Born purely from Pecorino grapes, harvested early by hand, it is the result of a vinification that takes place exclusively in steel with the aim of developing the characteristics of freshness and drinkability as much as possible. In the glass it reveals a straw yellow color with light golden reflections. The sense of smell is crossed by fragrant notes of flowers and yellow fruit, with references to aromatic herbs such as thyme and mint. On the palate it is fresh and structured, with great flavor. Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with shellfish and sushi, it is excellent for accompanying white meat main courses.
